Avoid burnout with these small changes. Workplace burnout is real. I know, because I’ve been there, and I know most others have as well at some point or another. Thrive Global’s Arianna Huffington is no different. She’s on a mission to fix what she deems a “culture of burnout,” after her own collapse from exhaustion in 2007. Huffington rightly says, “When we take care of ourselves, we are more effective, we are more creative and we are more successful in a broad definition of the word.”
