Someone recently asked me if it was a “slog” running my company after 9 years. If 15 seconds is a recommended video length on Facebook, how on Earth can I possibly still be running the same company after all this time?

It’s been nine years since I founded Little Passports, a children’s media company that inspires children to learn about the world through monthly subscriptions delivered to their doorsteps.  Someone recently asked me if it was a “slog” going at it after all these years.  In our attention-sapped world, I understand the question.  If 15 seconds is a recommended video length on Facebook, how on earth can I possibly still be running the same company nine years after I co-founded it? Here are some of the strategies I use.
